Shipping policy

Please Allow up to 3 business days for payment to clear.(NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS) AFTER processing & payment has been cleared it will take 2-3 days to receive your package once it has been shipped. Normal processing time is 9 days for Glueless Units & 7 days for Hair extensions. Once payment has cleared & merchandise is shipped,You will receive a tracking number provided by USPS. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSITION OR STOLEN UPON DELIVERY. PLEASE ensure that you will be home at the time of delivery or please contact your local postal service to reschedule delivery of package or to arrange to pick up the item.
